Not every firm needs LawLogic to run the full claimant pipeline. Some have their own intake teams. Some marketing companies generate their own legal leads and need an independent quality and compliance layer before delivery. For both, we offer standalone QA Services.

Under Proper Review
A claimant that looks qualified on the surface can fail for reasons that only appear under rigorous review.
Duplicate Claimants
Same person, multiple submissions, often across different sources or torts. We screen against our full historical claimant database, not just the current campaign.
Manufactured or Fraudulent Claimants
Fabricated identities, fabricated injuries, lead farms generating volume with no real claimants behind them. We run every claimant against Anura, Blacklist Alliance, and others, plus behavioral and pattern-based screening on top.
Non-Qualifying Claimants
Claimants who don't actually meet the tort's criteria but were pushed through intake anyway. We re-verify every qualifying answer against the source data.
Call Recording Inconsistencies
Claimant's spoken answers don't match what was recorded in the intake form. Intake specialist led the claimant. Consent wasn't captured cleanly. Every call is reviewable and flagged calls are routed for review.
Documentation Gaps
Missing retainer, missing medical release, missing signature, missing date, missing initials. The administrative failures that bounce claimants out of a firm's intake queue. We catch them in QA, not after delivery.

Compliance Audit
Consent capture, TCPA documentation, and tort-specific disclosure requirements are verified.
Documentation Completeness
Retainer, medical release, and supporting documentation are checked for completeness and validity.
Disposition & Reporting
Claimants are dispositioned Accepted, DNQ (with reason code), or Pending. Pass-rate reporting, fail-reason breakdown, and source-level quality data go back to the partner.
